Hello Don Don

Time to meet Don Don~

Hello!

Where I picked him from. He was nesting with other new borns.

A few days later:

Grooming!

Looking less prickly now that more feathers have grown out.

Reading

"Stop taking pictures of me when I'm reading!"

"Excuse me Sir, I think you need a good slap in the face."

"HA! You're still reading this book?"

Secretly brushing my bird

Because his bites the brush :(

Nap time~

Purposely blurring myself so I look better

A side-by-side comparison of his growth:

:D

STOMP

I was on STOMP (ya ya I go to that site, can?) when I saw this article.

I think people felt embarrassed for her only because she's fat. How does her shorts resemble underwear?! Technically it should be quite big since she has to get a larger size.

If it were a skinny girl I doubt they'll kick up such a fuss -_- You all are just uncomfortable seeing a fat girl wear shorts right? THIS IS FATISM. YOU WILL BE BORN A WHALE WITH LOTS OF BLUBBER IN YOUR NEXT LIFE.

Actually it's not very fair to be reborn as a fat whale because a fat whale doesn't face social stigma. SO YOU WILL BE REBORN AS A SKINNY PIG. A RUNT, SHUNTED BY THE FARMER AND YOUR MOTHER.

I also purposely googled "fat girl wearing shorts" to upload the pictures here:

Don't know why this came up

Diploma in bird poop scooping

Hello. As you may or may not know, I have gotten myself a new bird. After so many birds, I have become very experienced in cleaning up their poop. Here are a few tips:

1. At some point of time, you WILL touch the poop with your bare hands/feet. It is inevitable.

2. Do not let the smug look of your bird deter you. You are imagining it. Really.

3. Try not to let it dry. There was once we found Zai zai's dried up poop under the sofa and spent 3 months scrubbing it (only a slight stain left now). Very bad when you want to resell your house. But then again, if there are enough stains, you can pass it off as abstract art on the floor. So the rule is, it's all or nothing.

4. Chances are, you will get pooped on (refer to 1). If this happens, give your bird a slap and scold him. My older bird now knows how to scold himself ("AIYOOOOO, ZAI ZAI AH!!!!!") after pooping on anywhere but in his cage.

5. If you are a hypochondriac or really disgusted by bird poop, remember that somebody had to wipe your ass for you when you were young.

See, aren't the tips helpful?

Food for thought

Basic Works + Garlic Mushroom

Photos taken by Cass:

Poring over the bird stickers Cass gave me. Thanks Cass <3

Sometimes I put up pictures of other people too, so I won't appear so self-absorbed.

Some filters above are less than ideal and I didn't know what to do with the ones which had our faces so I (very wisely) left it alone (mostly).

Cakes

Yes, I am going to post pictures of cakes and call it content.

Don't be mean, pancakes are cakes too. Do you ostracize Japanese people?

Since I have no money for a pro (or even semi-pro) camera, the iPhone will have to suffice.

The quality isn't that bad, and if you filter it with Mei Tu Xiu Xiu's (lol) HD filter it almost looks decent. Go China go!

Visuals

Just some photos from my Instagram feed.

Tonight is one of those nights when nothing can still my frustration. I try to play the piano, but the anger and resentment in me seeps through until it is all I can hear.

You'd think something so jarring would drown out everything else, but the noise just mixes with my bitter thoughts and I have to stop.

Camps

I know you all probably think I'm a nua sai who doesn't like the outdoors...and you are right. Mostly.

Actually I think camps can be quite fun, if they involve less people (showering naked in front of strange girls, no thanks) and the rest were all hot (ahem. Although I suppose this disqualifies me.)

I am suddenly talking about camps because if I get into a uni obviously I have to go to their orientation camp if I don't want to eat lunch by myself for 4 years.

I'm ok with not wearing make-up (really) - I just don't like wearing specs because they are ugly and uncomfortable. Anyway I'm more worried my face will grow an army of pimples and I will be so ugly no one will eat lunch with me all the same.

Also, I have come up with a camp look:

Even with careful positioning of the laptop I cannot make myself look flattering. Tragic. Also I suggest you do away with the poker face if you want to make some friends.

I figured a high ponytail will help me achieve the "sporty sunshine girl" (HAHAHA who am I kidding) look but apparently I look like Xiia0 Mandeezxzxzx all over again with the wispy ends:

HAHAHAHAHAAHAHA
This was me when I was 15 and have not yet undergone any orthodontic treatment. I seem to have a strong inclination to put up terrible pictures of myself tonight. Let me put up a few more for good measure (and entertainment purposes).

ER XIN SI (HAHAHA WANLING)

Then bangs became the "in" thing so I rid myself of the emo image and went for it instead. The hairstyles weren't the worst thing. What was worse was that I actually thought I looked good in them HAHAHAHA #delusional

Honestly.... I think the last picture's not that bad.... right? Excuse me, someone said I looked half Thai in it.

Ok I am digressing. But since I have already digressed, I might as well continue doing so, because I have just found scans of my old drawings:

So talented *flips hair

What if I told you the main point of this post was to show you my drawings, but I talked about camps first so I don't look like I'm showing off?
