Fat meter

Last time my friends were talking about armpit fats and from there, devised a way to measure fatness.

First, put your arm by the side of your body. Look closely at your armpit fats (the part where the armpit and the body meets).

You know what, let me draw it out.

There. The circled part. There are 3 levels:

1. V
This is normal. Just one fold of flesh.

2. W
The second level. The excess fats create another fold, so it looks like a "W" now.

3. M
Now you're thinking, what's the difference between "W" and "M"? M does not represent the the folds visually. It stands for "Mustard". Why?
