AHAHAHAHAHAH I JUST FOUND OUT WHAT A QUEEF IS: a fart from your vagina.
And the thing is, the word 'queef' is an *onomatopoeia.
So it goes (high pitched, I imagine) 'queef! queef! queeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeef!' when your vagina farts HAHAHAHAHAHA.
